When I was 14, people have asked me these questions… “Are you emo?”,”You must be a rocker chick, are you?”. I’ve always answered them the same thing “No, I would like to be called Goth”. But that was short-lived. I stopped telling people that i’m goth because I do not dress like one. I would be called a poser if I continued doing so.

Never again did I call myself that (although I was constantly researching and thinking about it) until now. I have found a certain video on YouTube which really illuminated me on what Goth really is and what it’s not. Basically, we could still be goths without the black make up, the jet black hair, black lipstick black everything. We could look like a typical person wearing casual stuff and still be goth. That’s where being goth in mind comes in.

I do not know how to explain this to you guys, so i’ll just link you the video and hopefully, you’ll understand.

If you know me personally, then you probably know that I study wiccan stuff. Since i was 15… i’m now 18. i only study it, not conjure. The pieces fit together, it’s really hard to explain. But now, I understand myself more and i’m no longer a confused little girl lost in a big fcked up world. It’s feels so good to finally found who I am and not insisting that i’m something else.

All I can say is wow, I never thought it’ll all fall back on me being goth. It is,if I may… call it, Destiny? LAWL.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. appreciate it.
